The purpose of this course is to join me for a series of thought-provoking conversations, like philosophers and seekers have done throughout the ages. I’ve spent this lifetime and others engaged in conversations such as these.

Some call me a teacher. I like to say I do not teach, rather I help souls remember who they are. This knowledge is timeless and universal and each person retains this information deep within their soul where they hold the key.

Exploring the Season...

Here we are in 2023 and I hope this new year is treating you well so far. 

The Winter Solstice has led us into the season of Winter, where we slow down in order to introspect, rest and go within to reconnect with our higher self and consciousness. It's time to take it all in and to take a breath and enjoy the fruits of our labor from earlier in the year. 

The Mercury Retrograde began on December 29th, aligning us further into this time, as we review our lives, reconsider what we've been planning to do, rest and recover from the holiday season and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.  I hope you'll take this time for you, to relax, and give some thought to what you'd like to explore this year. Take some deep breaths, enjoy the cool air and allow yourself to be at peace.

I'm known for saying in my book, I think it's like page four.  I'm pretty sure it says, I tell every student who I teach, do not believe a word I say, all that i ask, is that you listen with an open mind and consider what is being presented. If it resonates with you, then take it and think further upon it. If it does not, I only ask that you do not disregard it completely. But rather than throw this information away, leave it available to reconsider at another point and time. There's no judgment, there's only acknowledgement and acceptance.

And I say this in the book for two very important reasons for all my students to read. The first being that this journey is about self exploration and discovering, not listening blindly from another person to find out how to live your life.
