My Dear Friends and Travelers of the Light,

Many of you know that I look to the animal and plant kingdom as messengers from Spirit. We have only to slow down and pay attention to see the sacred signs all around us. Today, I want to share one of my new experiences with you regarding my latest messenger who arrived during Lionsgate, but first let me share a little bit about my journey...

For the past five years I lived in Florida, right on the water. Out of my beautiful balconies, I observed dolphins, manatees, pelicans and even a couple of sharks over the years. Water is connected with our emotions and great for healing the mind body and spirit and it was the right time for me to soak in that energy and be restored. In my work as a Spiritual Wisdom Teacher, I believe that we learn in a variety of ways, which I describe as "Many Paths, One Destination". I believe that we choose different paths in order to learn and grow, with the final destination being to know ourselves at the deeper soul connection. I also believe that Spirit is always communicating with us, sharing information with us every day in order to help us along our journey.

One of the ways that Spirit connects with us is through the Animal Kingdom. Many cultures have understood that each animal represents certain emotions, qualities, habits and experiences. When an Animal shows itself to us, it is doing so in order to reflect back to us what we are currently experiencing, what we need to learn and most importantly, what energy is surrounding us at this time. For this point in time, the spirit of the animal connects with our spirit and becomes a totem/sacred symbol.
