Tea with a Theme Song

tea Jan 25, 2026

 Today’s tea arrived with attitude.

The name alone — Super Fruity — sounded less like a beverage and more like a pop star making her entrance. And before I even took the first sip, I found myself singing: She’s  super fruit… she’s super fruity, yeah!  (And yes, I absolutely committed to singing and dancing to that in my kitchen.)

This tea is a joyful chorus of apple, hibiscus, rosehip, currants, elderberry, and orange — which means it’s not here to be subtle. It’s here to be bright, bold, and completely open about it.

Apple is the steady rhythm section. Sweet and familiar. Apple makes everything feel friendly and approachable, like the chorus you can’t help but sing along with.

Hibiscus comes in sharp and dramatic, belting out the high notes. She brings that flavor that wakes up your mouth and your mood. She is lead singer energy.

Rosehip softens the edges, adding heart. She’s the one who reminds everyone this is still a love song, not a competition.

Currants are the playful backup dancers,  lively and a little mischievous. They keep things moving and prevent the blend from getting too serious.

Elderberry brings the soulful depth. She’s rich, deep, and wise, providing a note of mystery and nourishment.

And Orange? Orange is pure sunshine. The one who throws glitter on the whole performance and says, “Yeah girl, this is fun.”

This tea tastes like:

  • a fruit parade

  • a vitamin choir

  • a 80s dance party for your taste buds

  • a summer day sneaking into winter

It’s bright without being harsh. Sweet without being syrupy. Tart without making you pucker like you’ve bitten into pure lemon. I'd enjoy this tea just as much over ice.

Physically, this blend supports hydration, circulation, immune support and digestion.

Energetically, it activates: the heart (joy) the solar plexus (confidence) and the sacral (creative flow)

As I sipped, I realized this tea wasn’t asking me to be calm or contemplative. It was asking me to be more playful and expressive This is a tea for shaking off the heaviness of the day and remembering that laughter is a form of nourishment.

    • It’s the kind of tea that says: You don’t have to be focused all the time. You can just be charming and delicious.

And honestly? I think every now and then, one's tea should come with a soundtrack.

Here’s to fruit-forward joy, botanical pop songs, and the reminder that wellness can be colorful, musical, and a little bit of dancing it all out in your kitchen.
