whitehorseauraWhite is the color seen around the first layer of the aura. When a person first begins to see the auric field around the body, this is what they see, the glowing white light, which radiates around the physical body. This white light reflects the life-force radiating from the spirit and the auric energy fields.

White is rarely seen as the primary color in the overall aura and once a person has more practice in seeing the aura, the colors surrounding the auric fields quickly predominate and are more vivid and exciting than the white glow of the first field.

When white is seen swirling in patterns around the aura it indicates the person is speaking truthfully and clearly about the topic. Orbs of white light that are focused in a ball or spiral shape indicate spiritual beings in the energy fields surrounding the person and at times, attempting to communicate with the person.

When the protective shield of the aura is enlarged and expands outward to protect the physical body, it glows with a white light and appears like a glowing bubble of white light around the person. This can be extended from the person to protect other fields around them including people, animals, buildings and vehicles.

Recommendations to Connect With and Balance White:

Foods: Honey. Most foods are not meant to assist with raising the white light energy around you. Rather when you are preparing to work with raising your energy, it’s better to do so on an empty stomach.

Home Décor: White works in all capacities and styles. The main thing to focus on is whether there is an underlying blue tone to your white or a yellow tone. The subtle hue difference can make a big energy impact causing the room to feeling cool, calm and peaceful with blue hues or warm and inviting with yellow.

Clothing: White clothing also works in all variety of styles. When doing energy work and wanting to connect with the higher realms, wear white that is of a natural fiber such as cotton or silk. Avoid wearing man-made synthetic fabrics as they interfere with the auric energy fields.

Gemstones: moonstone, clear quartz, opal, pearls, diamond, drusy quartz, ammonite,

Music: Uplifting music that relaxes and calms the spirit

Activities: Take three deep breaths, breathing in slowly, pulling in fresh clean air and when breathing out, blow out forcefully, releasing the stagnant air from inside. Each time that you breathe in, visualize the pure cleansing air coming into your body and auric field. Each time you breathe out, visualize all stagnant and negative energy leaving your body and clearing from your auric field. After taking the three deep breaths, visualize the aura around your body being filled with beautiful white light. See the light and help it to expand around the oval shape of your aura. Picture your body and your auric fields to be glowing with pure white light, filled and operating at full capacity.

Mantra: To build up the energy in your auric field, say this mantra three times in a row.  I am filled with the Pure White Light. Nothing but Good can come to me, nothing but Good shall come from me. I Give Thanks. I ask for Divine Order, Divine Wisdom and Divine Guidance.  – Kala Ambrose

8 responses to “What Does the Color White Mean in the Aura

    1. white is the vitality coming into the physical layer of the aura, the others depend upon which layer of your aura that they are seen in… the emotional, the mental layer, the spiritual… I describe all of this in my book The Awakened Aura and in my aura course.

    1. white is vitality from the other side into your auric battery and yellow is intellect, thoughts and good ideas.

    1. White is the first layer of the aura around the physical body, there are many layers. That this layer is as you described, quite extended from your body, means a good, strong, healthy aura to gather and hold energy.
