Perhaps there is no better time than on April 15th, the deadline to file taxes, to make a conscious decision of how the energy around this day will affect you. The act and power of gratitude has a direct effect on our lives on physical, spiritual, mental and emotional levels and studies have shown that living life with appreciation leads to sense of well-being and happiness. The secret to a happy and fulfilled life may rely on focusing on all the good in life, rather than what is lacking or not going well at the moment.
As Sarah Ban Breathnach, author of Simple Abundance has said, “Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. I practice gratitude in my daily life and in companion to gratitude, I love to pay it forward. Today, I have the joy of doing both, I’m grateful for this book which serves as a wonderful reminder to all the beauty and abundance in our world and appreciate the authors work here as a gift to all.
