Each living being, including plants, animals and humans have been given a life-force containment field called the Aura. The aura is an energy field with seven layers and is comprised of white light and all colors of the spectrum. This field forms an oval shape around the body and emits light and color, which can be seen by some people naturally. In many cases, people can see the white light auric field around a body after only a few hours of instruction and practice.
The auric field is in actuality, the radiance of the soul. The human aura is the radiation or emanation of energy as contained in each body. This emanation can grow in strength and size and expand the fields and layers around the auric fields according to individual development. The human aura is both physical and spiritual in nature and is affected by emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy.
The human aura indicates the vitality and health of the body, mind and spirit as it envelops all of the bodies. It is affected by physical illness, stress, emotional trauma, and negative thoughts as well as through love, joy, spiritual growth, meditation and positive thoughts and affirmations that it receives over the lifetime.
Too much stress can cause the aura to wear thin and crack, too much negativity and anger can cause the aura to become thick, hard and heavy forming a wall around the field, and too much sadness and grief can cause the aura to become too porous to the point where it leaks like a sponge. In its healthiest state, the aura is malleable, it easily expands and contracts according to circumstances and allows energy and light to move freely into and out of the auric fields. When in a healthy condition, the aura can be trained to expand great distances. It has been reported that certain spiritual masters can expand their aura for miles around them. The aura also continuously changes colors according to the state of emotional field. It also reflects the colors radiating the energetic vibration and energy of the person and their true nature.
The aura responds to every emotion and thought. Sympathy, empathy, love, desire, jealousy, anger, joy, and depression are sensed and expressed through the auric fields. How we feel about ourselves is expressed through our emotions, our thoughts and our actions. We believe that we keep this inside and that no one is aware of how we feel, but the aura reflects this energy, which some people can see with the naked eye and others feel energetically around the person. You can feel the influence of a person through their aura. The auric field creates a vibe, an energy field, which radiates and expands outward and affects each person you come into contact with.
If your aura is radiating strong energy, people will be drawn to you, as your auric field is expressing a vibe of personal magnetism, which attracts others into your field. If you are feeling depressed, the aura pulls inward and grows thin and has to spend its time pulling in energy to sustain the field, which leaves little room for it to expand and develop. When a person is angry for a long period of time, the energy hardens in the aura and can become almost impenetrable, which slows the flow of light and energy to move back and forth through each field. Instead it builds inside like a volcano and erupts when enough pressure allows it to explode through the hardened auric wall.
When we learn proper breathing techniques in combination with meditation and spiritual practices, we can gain more control over our auric fields and learn to expand them, raise their energy and increase the amount of magnetism, energy and light in the auric fields.
