Kala speaks with Nicki Scully and Linda Star Wolf, about their newest creation, the Anubis Oracle Cards. The Anubis Oracle is a companion to the recently released book, Shamanic Mysteries of Egypt, Awakening the Healing Power of the Heart. Both contain stand-alone information about the ancient neteru of Egypt, and each offers a unique set of direct experiences related to the Egyptian mysteries. Shamanic Mysteries of Egypt is a series of rites of passage that help us remember our true nature as divine humans with sacred purpose.

More about Nicki Scully and Linda Star Wolf:
Nicki Scully has been teaching healing and shamanic arts and the Egyptian Mysteries since 1983. Techniques from her Alchemical Healing form are used internationally by thousands of practitioners. She is a lineage holder in the Hermetic Tradition of Thoth and maintains the Lyceum of Shamanic Egypt. She is ordained as a priestess of Hathor by Lady Olivia Robertson, co-founder of the Fellowship of Isis. During her first visit to Egypt with the Grateful Dead in 1978, Nicki experienced an epiphany on the top of the great pyramid, and soon realized that her purpose in this life is to bring forth the hidden shamanic arts of Egypt. Drawing on the knowledge she has gained through decades of study and practice, she enlightens and uplifts all whom study and travel with her. In the late ’80s, Nicki founded Shamanic Journeys, Ltd., and has been guiding inner journeys and spiritual pilgrimages to Egypt, Peru, Greece, and other sacred sites. Nicki’spublished books include The Anubis Oracle and Shamanic Mysteries of Egypt, both co-authored with Linda Star Wolf, Alchemical Healing, and Power Animal Meditations. She has also produced a number of CDs and a DVD. Nicki lives in Eugene, Oregon, where she maintains a comprehensive healing and shamanic consulting practice.

Linda Star Wolf

Linda Star Wolf is a gifted ritualist and ceremonial facilitator who weaves together the threads of ancient and contemporary healing methods that address our current needs. She is founder of Venus Rising Institute for Shamanic Healing Arts and Creator of the Shamanic Breathwork Process. Star Wolf holds a Doctorate of Ministry from AIWP (Association for the Integration of the Whole Person) University and is a nationally certified Addictions Counselor. As a Shamanic Pastoral Counselor, spiritual midwife, and guide for souls in the transformational process, Star Wolf has an extensive background both personally and professionally in the mental health and spirituality arena, with experience ranging from addictions work and 12-step recovery, to psychospiritual and shamanic work. It is her particular passion to teach those who are ready to embody “Shamanic Consciousness in Everyday Life”. She has led powerful transformational workshops in the United States and abroad since 1988 and has taught thousands of participants.
