Kevin Polin is an athlete and adventurer who truly has discovered how positive mental thoughts and a strong spirit can triumph over physical exhaustion and take him on a journey that truly explores the Mind, Body and Spirit connection! His most recent article is entitled: Lessons from a 100 Mile Virgin, Plan for Everything and Expect Anything-Then Go With the Flow. In this interview, Kevin shares his most triumphant and most grueling moments during his marathon runs as well as other endeavors and world travels.

More about Kevin Polin:
Kevin Polin was born in England and first came to the United States when he was 20 on a mission to travel the world solo. Once in the States, however, he decided to stay, earning a BS in computer sciences, and a BA in economics from the University of Florida, and later, a couple of Masters degrees in his spare time. His marathon tally is currently 26 (12 of which were in 2000, two 50-milers and two 100-milers). He works for a local research company in the Raleigh, North Carolina area where he lives with his wife and three children. While not working or looking after the children, he dreams of mountaineering or the “next big race”.
