Kala brings back one of her favorite guests, Nicki Scully, along Gloria Taylor Brown. Scully and Brown have partnered together to create Becoming an Oracle, is a unique audio adventure, an around-the-world odyssey that takes the listener through a process that heightens the intuitive senses and awakens inherent oracular powers. Each of the nineteen journeys in this seven CD program is a guided visualization in which you, the listener, will encounter a different oracular tradition and begin to familiarize yourself with divination tools such as runes, tarot, palmistry and ayahuasca. The journeys begin in Egypt, move north through Europe and over the pole to North America, then continue through Central and South America and on to Hawaii, Australia, India, Tibet, Africa, and finally back to Egypt.

More About Nicki Scully and Gloria Taylor Brown:
Nicki Scully has been teaching healing, shamanic arts, and the Egyptian Mysteries since 1983 . During her first visit to Egypt with the Grateful Dead in 1978, Nicki experienced an epiphany that transformed her life. She deepened her focus on healing and began delving into the hidden shamanic arts of Egypt. She is now a lineage holder in the Hermetic tradition of Thoth, her teacher and mentor. With Thoth she developed Alchemical Healing, a comprehensive healing form that is practiced by thousands of practitioners internationally. In the late ’80s, Nicki founded Shamanic Journeys, Ltd., and continues to guide inner journeys and spiritual pilgrimages to Egypt and other sacred sites. Gloria Taylor Brown

Gloria Taylor Brown is a modern mystic and visionary. She is well grounded in New Thought principles, Alchemical Healing and traditional shamanic methods. An acclaimed and much appreciated teacher, she has taught at the University level as well as at various conferences and internationally. Gloria is both clairvoyant and clairaudient and has powerful psychic powers that she readily shares, especially in her healing and teaching work. She has been a student of Egyptian and Greek Mysteries since childhood, as well as the Native American traditions that are part of her heritage. She has worked with Nicki Scully since 1985. First as a student, studying Alchemical and Planetary Healing, as well as Egyptian Mysteries, she went on to become a Certified Alchemical Healing Teacher and has co-taught with Nicki in Eugene, Oregon and in Egypt.
