These four remarkable women, core members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, left a lasting imprint on the politics, literature, and theater of 19th-century Europe. Less well-known than the famous men in their lives, including Yeats and Shaw, their stories are now told.

More About Mary K. Greer:
Mary K. Greer is the author of five books on the Tarot, and Women of the Golden Dawn, a biography of four women magicians who lived 100 years ago. A student of Tarot for 34 years, Mary is a Tarot Grandmaster and an Arch Priestess in the Fellowship of Isis. She is featured at Tarot conferences and symposia around the world, is active in Internet discussion groups, and directs Tools and Rites of Transformation (TAROT), an educational center for the study of divination, women’s mysteries, and the transformative arts. Mary is regularly interviewed on the radio and writes for New Age and Pagan publications.
