While no surprise to massage therapists, healers, mothers and nurses who work in pediatrics, the power of human touch has been studied by a team of researchers in Utah and has been found to provide a myriad of health benefits to all involved. The full results of the study will be published in an upcoming issue of the Journal of Psychosymatic Medicine, however, an article written in USA Today reports on the study and the benefits found.
